Designing Magnus was a real challenge, as we wanted to create a series of Hi-End connections at a competitive cost, taking advantage of the know-how derived from our Top of the Range cables. From this premise, a series of great substance and refinement was born. Necessarily, some features were removed from the top cables, but we tried to do so in less crucial places, to ensure that the interconnects Magnus would perform very well.

Magnus AES/EBU is a cable that has its big brothers Dedalus and Invictus in its DNA. Thanks to the Know-How of the latter, it delivers a Precise, Clean and Neutral feeling, ideal for all lovers of good sound.

Magnus AES/EBU, digital accurate.
AES/EBU is a standard format for digital audio, used to interface different devices with each other. In Hi-Fi, it is mainly used to connect digital sources (CD players, Streamers, etc.) to the DAC. Some high level devices enjoy the possibility of connection with a balanced 110 Ohm XLR cable, which improves transmission performance compared to the classic RCA coaxial or BNC.
Magnus AES/EBU represents the first step towards perfect signal transmission. It is made with technological solutions derived from the top series Dedalus and Invictus, which guarantee an exclusive and durable support for your equipment in order to return a correct, precise and natural sound.

Substance at the service of the signal.
Conductor +70% compared to OFC: 0.31 mm2 conductors made of Copper 7N MARC (Multicore Annealed Ricable Conductor) with 0.08 mm strands with a smoother and more compact surface, allowing 70% better audio transmission than OFC Copper.
Silver-plated Neutrik connectors, suitably modified for Magnus XLR cables, provide a firm, high-quality contact.
