REAL BASS HORN

The ANIMA’s iconic design is centered on its towering bass horn, which fires downward to the floor. Complementing this are a midrange horn positioned mid-height on the side and a high-frequency horn at the top. All horns are mechanically time-aligned to ensure a perfectly coherent sound.

Powerful Drivers for Impeccable Sound:
The ANIMA is equipped with a robust 15-inch woofer for deep bass and a meticulously upgraded in-house 5-inch driver for mid frequencies. The high-frequency range is handled by a 1-inch compression driver featuring a neodymium magnet and titanium diaphragm, delivering crystal-clear highs.

Premium Horn Construction:
The bass and midrange horns are crafted from premium-grade, 13-layer Baltic birch plywood, ensuring durability and acoustic excellence. The high-frequency horn, on the other hand, is made using our proprietary epoxy compound infused with select aggregates for superior performance and aesthetics.

Precision Engineered Crossovers:
Utilizing first-order networks throughout, the crossovers are strategically located at the base of the bass horn. This design allows optimal spacing of components to eliminate interference and keeps them isolated from the magnetic fields of the drivers. Each component is hand-selected and hard-wired to guarantee the highest signal integrity.

Attention to Detail in Every Element:
Internal wiring is crafted from custom high-purity OFC copper with waxed cotton insulation for unparalleled signal clarity. Brass bracing components, combined with felt acoustic isolation, minimize energy transfer between horn elements, preserving the purity of the sound.

Adaptable to Your Environment:
ANIMA offers adjustable mid and high-frequency levels, allowing you to fine-tune the sound to suit your room’s acoustics. The high-frequency horn also provides beam alignment adjustments to match your preferred listening position.
